Scelte Strategiche, Search & Selection firm, is selecting a Senior Contract Manager for a multinational TLC company (The position is based in Firenze).
Senior Contract Manager
I Suoi compiti	The Contract Manager reports to the General Counsel for Italy and is responsible for all contractual aspects of the projects. He/she reviews the scope of works and continuously conducts risk assessment during the various project phases collaborating closely with the CTO, project managers, clients and subcontractors. The Contract Manager assists in the negotiation of change orders and validates all change requests before submission to the client. He/she drafts official letters and correspondence and is responsible for monitoring claims issues and for corporate reporting on potential legal issues.
Il Suo profilo	The ideal candidate has a legal or engineering degree with at least 5-7 years of experience in a similar position managing complex engineering contracts and international turn-key projects in collaboration with various subcontractors and partners. The position requires strong negotiation, problem solving and collaboration skills and high personal flexibility. Fluent English and availability to travel frequently is a must.
